About Us
Risk Management teaches us to explore the "what ifs" inside each of our organizations. We carefully examine where we have been in terms of losses and seek to institute both proven and new ways to mitigate known risks, and at the same time prepare our organizations for the unknowns. The Public Risk Managers Association of Arizona strives to further your education in Risk Management. Our educational goal is to provide you with the necessary tools and networking opportunities with your peers that will accelerate your risk management program to new levels.
When we attend our chapter meetings, we look forward to learning something new or affirming that our current knowledge base is solid. We also look forward to seeking out our peers to bounce ideas and problems off of them. You are not in this alone; each of us brings value to the other in a "give and take" manner. It is energizing to know that together we are making a difference to the financial bottom line of our entities through innovative and integrated Risk Management techniques and processes.
